Return Policy

1) If you identify a problem with your order, you must contact Lion Sports Inc. within 15 days of the original ship date. To report a problem contact Lion Sports Inc. by any of the means listed on our contact page.

2) Items that necessitate return require a Return Authorization Number issued by Lion Sports. Your return item must reach us within 30 days from the original ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship any items received after this 30 day period back to you.

3) When we receive items which are returned under the time frames with proper authorization, found in paragraph 2, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. Lion Sports Inc. charges a $4.95 handling fee for each returned item. This $4.95 fee does not apply to items returned to us because they are defective.

4) To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition. These items will be returned to you. If you reject that return shipment, Lion Sports Inc. reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

5) Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to US territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6) Due to supplier issues, on occasion we may also prevent returns on selected products. Any such restrictions will be indicated on the product detail page.
